Hi, @robertogilsaura
You are using input control outside the reactive context. To fix this issue we should make exression for tab
reactive. Server part of your code:
server = function(input, output) {
# tab should be reactive expression
tab <- reactive({
res = filter(df, am == c(input$checkbox)) %>%
tab_cols(total('N')) %>%
tab_cells('|' = unvr(cyl)) %>%
tab_stat_cases(total_row_position = 'none') %>%
tab_pivot() %>%
as.data.frame()
colnames(res) <- c('name', 'y')
res
})
output$chart1 <- renderHighchart({
req(tab()) # req is needed to ensure that tab is calculated
hchart(tab(), # note, that we refer reactive tab as function call
'pie',
hcaes(name, y))
})
output$chart2 <- renderHighchart({
req(tab()) # req is needed to ensure that tab is calculated
hchart(tab(), # note, that we refer reactive tab as function call
'bar',
hcaes(name, y))
})
output$chart3 <- renderHighchart({
req(tab()) # req is needed to ensure that tab is calculated
hchart(tab(), # note, that we refer reactive tab as function call
'column', hcaes(name, y))
})
}
