This is only done for security reasons. You can still open the app in your system settings under "Security & Privacy" with the "Open Anyway" button. Hope this helps.

I saw the same error. I was able to fix it by manually codesigning the app in Terminal.app: sudo codesign -f -s - /Applications/WhichSpace.app/

It's probably because the app is ad-hoc signed. Right-click the app and click Open, a pop-up will appear, click Open again.
