GeoPoint Widget does not save altitude and accuracy

I'm facing the same issue. I don't see this happening in ODK.

This is definitely a bug, and will task this for our sprint this week and roll out a patch. One thing to note is that it if you change the location position by dragging the altitude and accuracy will be set to 0.0, due to the fact that the lat,lng is not being pulled from the GPS.

I will fix the altitude and accuracy for the initial location with the GPS and post back when it is fixed.

It is worth noting that this widget also appears to sometimes grab values without waiting for the user to click the save button. Also the erase function does not appear to work when viewing/editing.

I still have the same problem. I have version GeoODK Collect 2.0.4 and it reports altitude and GPS accuracy as 0. Is there anything I can do for a user perspective to fix this? Without the correct accuracy, it is very difficult to make maps with high accuracy.
