Are you controlling a craft? Ctrl-k doesn't work in the space center scene as far as I'm aware

I've hit this symptom in the past and I'm pretty sure the two causes were 1) missing a dependency of Kerbal Konstructs and 2) having a KK static instance but missing its definition (I was trying to copy bases from GPP to GEP but had temporarily uninstalled GPP, and there are static models defined in there).

i don't missed a dependency in my case, btw i can open KK when i'm playing on stock Kerbin even on rescaled, but not in Real Solar System mod (Earth), i was reading a pretty old thread with a similar issue, and the developer said that he needed to modify a few lines in a mod's .cfg, but i don't know how to do that, and as i remember, by this old similar issue he released KK 0.9.9, but i need to know if it's possible to get a newer version that works for RSS mod, or how to put to work the latest release on it.

If you post your KSP.log and modulemanager.configcache we could check for the problems I mentioned.
