@bastianallgeier: How far are we away from having these kind of features?
We noticed that we would often like to reference pages in order to dynamically include other page's content. So the idea is basically to add a reference to a page in Editor block and using this page information to pull in the referenced content in our templates.
We could either wait for Editor to offer a reference option or we'd have to find some kind of workaround. Of course we'd prefer the first option but we are not sure about your current roadmap with this field.
