Fixing this in the PHP SDK, likely here https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-php/blob/master/src/Serializer/Traits/BreadcrumbSeralizerTrait.php#L39-L41
from sentry-php.
Fixed in 4.3.0
from sentry-php.
For context: I noted that here:
https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-laravel/blob/c7d0b3bf7198b4c915a11d7fd66d8927e472291b/src/Sentry/Laravel/EventHandler.php#L263
the context
argument is passed directly into the Breadcrumb
instance, which can only handle string-key arrays (i.e. ones that will be serialized into an object). However, the log context is allowed to contain arbitrary arrays (see also https://www.php-fig.org/psr/psr-3/#13-context), so int-key ones may also be passed.
Suggested possible fixes:
- Replace the call above with
['context' => $logEntry->context]
to enforce a string-keyed array - Update the
Breadcrumb
class to more gracefully handle int-keyed arrays (would requiring moving this issue to PHP SDK)
from sentry-php.
