Just to start with the simplest thing first, have you updated config/stream-laravel.php with your app id, key and secret?

The config/stream-laravel.php is up to date. The explorers section of my gettream dashboard notices when I make actions like following users from my App.
What else could be the reason for this error?

Confirmed via email that this was indeed a problem with the way the API Key, Secret and App ID were being configured in the Laravel app.
