New `verbose` argument and record keeping

The record keeping object can be useful for both me and the users as the users can grab the data object and then supply it into my package to produce diagnostic plots.

Definitely open for a discussion as in what's the best way to implement it in the tourr package!

its useful for me as a user too, because i can use the tour to look at a tour path, and compare tour paths

Ok I've made changes to get new_tour to work again for me. I'm still unclear about the differences between it and just using save history, but we can talk about that later.

it is driven by diagnosing the optimisation. the optimisers do more work than is recorded in the save_history. we want to keep that information, and tag the bases with appropriate labels like: random_search, anchor, interpolation, ..... its pretty rich and really interesting information about the overall space of projections.

Ok that makes sense, I think we need to think of modifying the API to include these new additions, which we can talk about tomorrow. I'll close this for now.
