Here is an overview of the contlexes for -ije nouns:

516 N_ODD
19 NOMAG_IE_ODD
3 NIEJTE

Examples:

varrije:varrij N_ODD ;
vijrije:vijrij N_ODD ;
virologije:virologij N_ODD ;
voehpije:voehpij N_ODD ;

tjaelije:tjaeliej NOMAG_IE_ODD ;
vaedtsije:vaedtsiej NOMAG_IE_ODD ;
vuetjije:vuetjiej NOMAG_IE_ODD ;
åerije:åeriej NOMAG_IE_ODD ;

samarije:samarij NIEJTE ; !SUB

The error goes only for the first group:

The last group, on the other hand, has the wrong stem type (I will fix that).

Now, it seems N_ODD is wrong here.
