Integration ignores workspace value from .env or probot-rally.yml

Just tested it in our environment and it works as expected. Looks good to me!

Looking into the documentation for the rally package, it seems like we are referencing the workspace in the query scope incorrectly:

What we're doing:

rally/lib/RallyValidate.js

Lines 674 to 676 in 215c35a

	scope: {
	workspace: config.rally.workspace
	},

What the documentation says:

    scope: {
        workspace: '/workspace/1234' //specify to query entire workspace
    },
});

I would propose the changes and issue the PR myself, but do not have access to do so. I have tested this in our environment and it solves the issue above. @primetheus if you could update all of those references to the following, I can go from there.
