I'm not sure why we need bootstrap. the design is not very complicated like bootstrap's grid.
I've added an example (the code is not good) on your google drive.
you can see it has 3 states. I'm not sure why switching to bootstrap now, which means more work for me.
why didn't you say before I made all the fine tunings?

@yennok ok, now with your example it's clearer what you had in mind regarding the responsive. Indeed, in that case bootstrap grid won't be needed.
