Adding architecture support for ARM

while working on PR #63, "make defconfig" was how I did the .config

Log: tested on arm

--syncconfig style .config generator attempts to update,
rather than making a new .config from upstream defaults.

I think switching to defconfig will eliminate these warnings:

(vanilla-sources, ck-sources, and gentoo-sources work on qemu with defconfig)

I have started to work on this already. It's mostly working.

This is a basic version of support for ARM. I think, it will be several iterations. We could make architecture options completely configurable for example (source a script from arch// for example). We could even imagine an software architecture like in catalyst with a ABC or a generic modules for building , testing, and make it overridable for a specific architecture, when required.
