Fix scrolling bug on macOS

There seems to be an issue on macOS where scrollbars are incorrectly shown in the XUI inspector (possibly the code editor too).

Add a switch control

Add a switch control.

I should be able to reuse a lot of the code used to draw an inspector item switch.

Add ReceivedFocus event to XUIInspectorItems

By adding and implementing a ReceivedFocus event on the XUIInspectorItem interface I'll be able to support tabbing between items (such as text fields).

Add font loading window

Evidently it takes ages to parse the available monospace fonts on some Windows systems so the demo looks like it is doing nothing when first launched.

Consider adding a splash screen with a progress bar showing what is happening before the welcome window is displayed.

Implement drag-selecting text in inspector text fields.

Like the code editor, text fields in the inspector should fully support mouse dragging to select text.

Shift-Tab

Shift-Tab in the inspector should move to the previous control in the tab hierarchy.

Add a non-full width button inspector item

A simple caption beside a clickable button.

Add a ColorGroup inspector item

Building on the single colour inspector item that already exists, add an item that shows two colour swatches and returns a ColorGroup. This allows for choosing a light mode and a dark mode colour.
