Thanks for the note. The current version of howdoi includes caching and the answer link when using the -a or -l flag. I think the most interesting part of your changes is the StackExchange API integration. Do the answers or ordering change when using the API?

I must do some testing in order to verify this but my guess is that they will be different since I am using advanced search filtering with accepted answers. Also, API returns results sorted by relevance with a different algorithm than Google uses to rank pages so there will be difference there too. I'll get back on the matter.
