So scroll lock enables/disables pointer capture? And this issue only applies when the pointer is not captured.

The issue only occurs at the moment if you don't have a 1:1 screen scaling

not your screen aspect ratio... Is the Looking Glass window larger/smaller then the actual guest resolution?

If you hit Scroll Lock and capture the cursor does it help? If so, is it fixed after un-capturing (hitting Scroll Lock again)?

Message 105 should never occur, do you have more then one virtual pointing device attached? Likely a tablet type device?

Please continue this in IRC or on the help & support forum, the problem you have is clearly KVM input miss-configuration.
