Hey, I fixed this locally by adding this to my values.yaml

worker:
  env:
   - name: TMPDIR
     value: /tmp

The Dockerfile of authentik sets the TMPDIR to /dev/shm which I override in the values.yaml

I've tried to start the application with the environment variable TMPDIR, but it does not work unless the environment variable is also defined for the server.
