Sure, I guess that's technically a bug. The IP address checking should only be in effect for users who aren't logged in. Logged in users should have their votes tracked by their user ID, not their IP address.

I never followed up on this, but it should be fixed. Logged-in users can vote on any post. Users who are not logged in can vote once per IP address (if the "allow unregistered users to vote" setting is on), but only if a registered user hasn't already voted from the same IP address.
