Hello,
The temporal receptive field of our TSM-ResNet-18 is small, so in principle you could write code which applies it and returns points with a few frames delay. Furthermore, we find performance is only slightly worse when we use a simple ResNet-18 rather than a TSM-ResNet-18. Therefore, if you want a low-latency online algorithm, I would suggest taking this approach.
We don't currently support runnint TAP-Net in an online fashion in this codebase, but if there's substantial demand we may consider releasing something in the future.
