I'm not sure I understand the question. The DASH spec is ISO/IEC 23009-1:2012. We support most common usages. The significant things we don't support are:
- Multiple period manifests.
- MPEG-TS based DASH (we support only fragmented MP4 and WebM).

Thanks for ISO reference. But i wasn't able to download it from http://standards.iso.org/.
