This seems to be done and functioning. Once there's a solid integration test I can be more certain, but to the best of my knowledge the tool can bring up a functional env from nothing. :)

There's one more PR, #199, but it's a nice-to-have (keeps the schema always up to date). I'm (of course) open to new requests but as I understand it, the terraform work is done. :)
