We reviewed other families like the Yarndings superfamily earlier today. It doesn't apply there because they are single weight instance families and have no weight menu dropdown in the front end UI.

The issue here is how we communicate that there are re-mapped Latin codepoints to designs that are not as specified in Unicode for multi-weight families. Discussed it with Tom today. It sounds like we need to develop a new approach.
