I can't reproduce this though, with Python 3.4 -- are you sure you synced the master branch to latest? (Note that we don't really support a pip release now -- someone just uploaded a really old version on PyPI)

I added a test for this in 3756f78 -- it should pass

Beg your pardon. You're quite right - I can't reproduce it on head now either. I think I must have done something silly earlier.

I've rerun it against the original examples that produced this to make sure that it's not that I just accidentally oversimplified the example and was fooled into thinking it still broke, and that passes now, so

The rest of my examples (except maybe the earliest couple) should all be against the real version of master FWIW as I uninstalled the pip version to make sure to not have this sort of mistake.
