NativeContentAdView not clickable in UICollectionViewCell (Storyboard)

Is interaction disabled on yourAd Cell? Are you able to click on any of the other cells in the collection view?

The interaction is not disabled on myAd cell. I am able to click on any of
the other cells in the collection view. All the other cells are pressable
