Here's exactly what I did
* Download Acre from SVN
* Chang the APP ID in appengine-web.xml
* ./acre appengine-build
* ./acre appengine-deploy
* Open the live AppEngine app in a browser
* Error 500
There must be steps that I am missing, but I can't find any documentation at
all. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Still cannot get Acre to run on App Engine.
My app is running fine on localhost:8115 but when I deploy to App Engine, I am
told "App is ready..." but the live app just says "Not Found - No Such file
index in app..."

Figured it out. Just needed to clean things up
./acre clean
./acre build
./acre appengine-build
./acre appengine-build-war
./acre appengine-deploy
