BigQuery API Notebook throws error

@luebken In the docker run... command make sure to set the project id. It looks like the project is currently set to <PROJECT_ID>, which is the default value, and should be changed to your actual GCP project id. Alternatively, you could use set_datalab_project_id('my-project-id') in a notebook to set the project id.

From the quick start guide,

Type your project ID in place of the <PROJECT_ID> placeholder shown below.
...
docker run -it -p "127.0.0.1:8081:8080" -v "${HOME}:/content" \ -e "PROJECT_ID=<PROJECT_ID>" \ gcr.io/cloud-datalab/datalab:local
