You need to do the following after installing TestDPC:
- Make
TestDPCan Administrator in your device's Settings -> Security screen. - Run the following
adbcommand to make TestDPC a Device Owner:
adb shell dpm set-device-owner com.afwsamples.testdpc/.DeviceAdminReceiver - Launch TestDPC and configure policies as you please.

Re milhauscz, I think you are referring a different issue.
You should see two TestDPC icons in launcher, tap on "Set up" TestDPC one, and then follow on-screen instructions. We have realized this UX is not good and would tune it in next version.
