Even after adding the code to do this in 6cb9552
it doesn't work, because we need a way to wait for I/O to complete. Need to read up on this.

I've implemented an I/O completion ports-based observer, yet the directory moved event fires before movement I/O is complete. Currently added a HACK that delays traversing the moved directory for about 2 seconds. This may be sufficient only for a small amount of file movement.

Best-effort implementation in for small file movement the hack should be okay. For larger files, Jesus Gates.

That sleep hack also makes issues on huge amounts of events because the buffer runs over then
