Views for Resident, RA, and RD dashboards

Do we want to add some kind of constraint so that only the current RCI is shown? I know we said we would just make old RCI's not editable or something, but for RA's and RD's, their view would be really cluttered if all RCI's ever made show up on their dashboard.
I think it would be fairly simple to make use of the Current field in the RCI table.

That is a good point! I agree that at least RA's and RD's should only see the current RCIs.

Oops, I just made a change in the overall authorization branch instead of a personal authorization branch, like you all have. Sorry! I just added constraint so only current RCI's display. Should be easy to reverse if we don't like it

Could it cause confusion (occasionally) if residents can see something that RAs/RDs can't?

Good point @russtuck . We talked about it, and decided that nobody can see old RCIs. There's a possibility we'd allow RD's or admin to see archives, but that would be additional functionality to add later down the road if time allows.

Left issue: After we get the RD's testing account, we should test and verify the RD homepage.
