A discussion will need to be had concerning the need for displaying the dashboard by room.
My argument: We don't need it. It is a relic from the times we thought we need a "RoomRCI". I quote from the Rationale Management document: "RA fills out an RCI for a “side” of the room, not yet associated with student".
Currently, to pre-fill, the RA will fill out an RCI for an actual student. When the student arrives, the RA will then reassign components if needed.

Fair point. I am not sure how desirable it actually is to be able to sort by room. Probably not that useful.

This is nearly good to go. We just need to remove those pseudo-buttons that were going to be used to sort by Resident/Room
