I'm trying to put some big listings (for example) and it overflow pages... no break... is this normal ? have I forgotten an option ?

At this time, this is the only problem I cannot resolve (That's true, I maybe don't seek enought in docs :p )

The page overflow can happen when using the bgcolor option. The solution is to use a package like tcolorbox or mdframed to produce background colors, rather than using the built-in bgcolor. Those packages support boxes with backgrounds that can break across pages.

You're right for backgrounds, I just tried and it works (tcolor with BeforeEnv.. and AfterEnv). My god... how lovely are LaTeX and Minted ;)
