\usepackage{courier}
works just fine. However, as the output of pdflatex
will have told you, it’s incompatible with your chosen font encoding. Remove the \usepackage[T2A]{fontenc}
line, it’s unnecessary. Furthermore, the fontseries
option is also wrong. First of all, “Liberation Mono” is a font family not a series, secondly you cannot just specify a font family like this in LaTeX, and thirdly that would conflict with \usepackage{courier}
.

I'm sorry for false bug report, I didn't understand how minted works. I thought that it renders something like pdf with pygments (without LaTeX) and then includes it as vector. Now I understand.
The problem is that I need cyrillic letters in my paper, so I have to use T2A in pdfLaTeX. I'll try to switch to XeLaTeX as soon as I can.
