PL/R regression test contains absolute path to plr.sql

In regress test, plr.sql, it contains absolute path to plr.sql, which will make regress test failure if the GPDB is not in /usr/local/

\i /usr/local/greenplum-db-devel/share/postgresql/extension/plr.sql

This need to be fixed.

PLR does not seem to handle blank string correctly.

Function definition:

create or replace function plr_null_r() returns text as $$
return (system('ifconfig >/dev/null', intern = TRUE));
$$ language 'plr';

postgres=# select plr_null_r();
ERROR: R interpreter expression evaluation error
DETAIL: return type cannot be coerced to char
