Support WSTK VAEM as a valid supply

The printf() logging port (USART0) is routed to both the USB and the Mini Simplicity header. Since it goes to the Mini Simplicity header, it is available as the WSTK VCOM. The serial port is set to 115200. The WSTK VCOM needs to be set to the same speed.

Telnet in on port 4902.

To change the speed to 115200:

serial vcom handshake disable speed 115200
