显然没有什么用，，你应该加一个提示 是否强制开启http 收款。 也许我的网络环境比较复杂。。公司网络出口有好几条。只有一条线有固定IP。。我用官方的钱包是可以随便接收的。但是你的钱包 如果检测不到外网IP通信，是直接不给开启的。

其实底层是开启的，即使连接不到ip。
