Any option to remove comments in compressed index.js after run 'gulp dist'?

right now this is not possible in the toolbox. The configuration to remove comments should be like follows:

new webpack.optimize.UglifyJsPlugin({
      compress: {
        screw_ie8: true,
        warnings: false
      },
      mangle: {
        screw_ie8: true
      },
      output: {
        comments: false,
        screw_ie8: true
      }
    })

But this config is hidden in the toolbox and not exposed to the callers, unfortunately.

Because of these limitations we are deprecating the toolbox as we released the new CLI with development environment capabilities. Check this video out where we detail this process:

The new CLI already adds the comments: false as part of the webpack config.
