Cannot add dart proxy repo in Nexus OSS v 3.38.0-01

After some more digging, I think I came up with a fix as shown in #8. When building locally, I was able to start Nexus using version 3.38.0-01.

It seems the plugin is not compatible with Nexus 3.38.x version.
I will see as soon as possible to build a new version compatible with new NXRM version.
The recipe error is always returned when something went wrong during the load of the plugin at the start of the server.

Chiming in here. I'm the author of the Google Group message you linked to. I thought the issue may lie with Nexus itself but maybe not.

I can add that I did try building nexus-repository-dart myself after bumping the nexus-plugins dependency version to 3.38.0-01 and ran into a brick wall. I'm not familiar with the Nexus API at all, but seems like there were quite a few classes removed in this latest version, compared with 3.37.3-02. Seemed strange to me since there were no deprecation notices anywhere to be found.

Hi @cranst0n, I already had the case when class was removed in Nexus without any deprecation notice.
But we are using their code and maybe there are few urgents updates due to security issues or something like that...

Thank you for your contribution. I'm upgrading my Nexus server to 3.38.0-01 to test your commit and will accept your PR if all good.
