Buster sounds interesting, you should create a task for it in a custom grunt.js gruntfile and see how it works. In the long run, it might need a grunt-specific reporter to log things in the grunt style... but given the built-in qunit and test reporters, that part should be fairly obvious.

More documentation about creating custom tasks is forthcoming, I just need to find some time to do it!

No movement yet, but I still intend to do so. Is grunt-contrib a better place to add this?

I'd say start with grunt-contrib. If that's not a good place for it, it could easily be its own plugin. Either way, it would be a good idea to at least start experimenting with it.
