This is more complex than that. The regions aren't set to be 160 pixels of the screen, rather 160 pixels of the scaled image.
on a small screen, that takes up more of the image than it does on a large screen.

Is that what you see?

Should think about size vs image size vs zoom in ratio - in other words, create based on screen size

I think we do create based on screen size now... using a ratio based on screen width.
