NPE Fix in CameraObscuraMainMenu might be problematic

What I was seeing on my device, was that imageFileUri was null when coming from my camera app, and i would get a NPE/Force Close.

From what it seems, this is an anomaly, and it SHOULD not be null for the Camera app onActivityResult? How else can we solve this issue to get the non-small version?

I think the issue is that android is disposing the activity and losing the value. We should save it using onSaveInstanceState so it comes back in the bundle oncreate.

this is now fixed by my use of a single tmp image in a predictable location. see #57!
