I see, you need a header for libmagic installed in the system. The easiest is to install the developmental package in your package manager such as apt. libmagic-dev etc

you are welcome. I should consider making the error message more understandable.

Yes, that would help a lot. Additionally, within the Latplan repository, it is often really difficult to understand (due to limited documentation) what arguments and commands correspond to. My collaborator and I have had a really difficult time trying to parse the various shell files and piece together an expected barebones procedure to replicate the experimental approaches demonstrated in your papers.

It is remarkable how broad and well engineered this repository is. But it's near un-useable for someone who is unfamiliar with the specific syntactic approaches you've built things around.

Admittedly, this repository is not designed for anything but running the study on latplan. So unlike other papers-with-code repositories which highlights the implementations for the papers, it has everything unstripped --- it is in part due to my lazyness. I don't like the current state of the repository either.

There are more unpublished refactoring that I am working on locally, btw.

In any case, I appreciate your helpfulness in navigating the repository in its current state. Best of luck with the refactor!
