I vote for rounding the corners slightly, so that it will look consistent when it comes to touch icons - http://iconogen.com/

What do you think about rounding the corners slightly or going full circle?
I would not like going full circle with this icon. Full circle feels kinda weird to me with text-based icons. However, I like it with slightly rounded corners.
