A few questions about this dialect implementation

Hi,

1. Everyone is free to do anything with this dialect. ZsoltFabok first commit is 2017-04-11, kemitix is a friendly fork and AutoComPaste unique commit is 2012-07-28.
2. Many types are already registered by the parent class.
3. With SQLite, there is an implicit column except if you explicitly declare an alias: the rowid with no data type.
4. integer is the column type and for SQLite we must use exclusively INTEGER PRIMARY KEY for the identity column.
5. I guess there is an issue with the JDBC driver.
