Might also be worthwhile explaining in a table (in the readme page) what each Module removes/does so that users aren't confused with which to use and how etc - it isn't obvious to me what you've taken out with GwtBootstrap3NoTheme as my app still looked the same even when I swapped to that module !?!?

NoTheme is just how it sounds. It takes the CSS out that's it. If you want to use CDNs for everything then you will need to make a GwtBootstrap3CDN module that won't link anything.

Also, in the README.md we do explain what each module does. If you need a specific CDN module, create that and then don't link to any of the GwtBootstrap3 resources.

Beware though, while using a CDN if you ever put your application behind OpenID or anything like that it may break/not allow the resources without special setup.

Well NoTheme still includes the Font Awesome CSS and I wasn't expecting that. Anyway, glad that a CDN module exists and I will test it etc.

Feel free to modify it and such and send in a Pull Request. Just make sure not to break the existing modules.
