Change generator for Node server config

I guess the generator should run a npm install after downloading the tarball in order to install all dependencies.

Unlike other server configs, node's servers are more like applications. I agree that the scaffolder should at least generate an index.js containing a basic static server that the user can then customize.

The PR is sitting here: #5.

Two notes:

• Apache test is failing. I think it searches for .htaccess instead of src/.htaccess.
• For my test, node_modules is never created in the temp test directory. I think this may be related to a current path thing.
