Did not found a way yet to do so.
By my observations, if you don't do it, it will default to:

• Browser language (the one from the header)
• English

When login in EU we use this line to set the language and initiate the login process :

As a matter of fact, the language you use here is applied to your account after the logon, and finally used in the app.

Yes, thought so. Apparently there's not way to get the user's language upfront to avoid overriding it :(
