A few notes about Valencian:
- the only voice that I could find is under the list of Catalan voices on Apple devices
- the following language tag is returned when calling
getVoices()from Chrome for this voice:ca-ES-u-sd-esvc
For now, I didn't create a separate language file for Valencian, but this voice has been properly labeled as Valencian.

For now, I've adopted a limited localization strategy for these voices, limiting things to localizing Spanish voices to Basque, Catalan and Galician. I'll need a similar strategy when adding languages moving forward, otherwise things could get a little out of control (thanks Apple).
