You can use smile.data.parser.DelimitedTextParser

parser = new DelimitedTextParser();
parser.setDelimiter(",")

Thanks, I have solved the problem of load csv file,and now I run the GAFeatureSelectionTest sample code, returns 0 and 1. What does this mean?Is 0 for abandon it while 1 means use it?

Yes, it means if the feature is selected. Because it is GA, we print out multiple solutions (and their fitness).
