Maybe you should link your main executable to the cuda libraries so it can dlsym cuCtxSynchronize?

Ooops, I actually didn't see this line in the wiki:
"To run this with CUDA, we need to link against the cuda libraries by adding -L /usr/local/cuda/lib -lcuda to the compilation command."

FWIW, we're also working on resolving these symbols entirely dynamically, to remove the need for static linking against libcuda.
