从隔壁ehviewer那里看到好像在这个文件夹下面添加.nomedia的空文件好像就能直接解决这个问题

虽然加上了，但是不知道为啥三星的弱智相册还是能检测到，怪

因为换了新手机，好了（
可能的原因是.nomedia这个文件是需要先有然后再增加就不会被识别
