Yep I know that problem...did you try the GaugeBuilder?

I'm just experimenting with Medusa at the moment. I built the gauge with the builder (using your sample - I assume you already know the bugs in that because it won't compile as it is!) and I'm trying out each property to get a feel for what it does. I might have a nice little gauge demonstration when I'm done, if you want a copy. So I've no actual requirement to change the angleRange dynamically, I merely discovered that the feature was there but didn't work.

Great, you know it's just a fun side project of mine. So please file issues whenever you find something and if you need something special (e.g. special featured or designs) please let me know. I'm currently on vacation so it might take some time before I'll be able to fix the problems but keep filing... :)

So I've made some adjustments and had no problems with setting the angleRange when the Gauge is shown using your button example. Could you give it a try again with the latest source?
